Today was good!
I finished revising my draft, finished a Western blot, started another Western blot, started protein induction for 5 tester constructs, did a massive protein prep for another construct, prepped tissue, re-measured cells, did a bunch of statistics.
Then I ran the protein injection for the testers on a gel and set it to stain overnight.
I have to go in tomorrow and Sunday, but SHIT WILL BE DONE.
